In Bulgarian language the word "Chronology" is "лето-броене"(year-count) and "лето" is both 'year' and 'summer'. While the word 'Chronology is strongly connected to Chronos/Saturn-"Time" and "calendar" to KALA(sanskr. for 'time') both associated to the Vedic Maha-deva Shiva. Because Romas were "last chain-shackle of the fallen-Aryan empires, they set the male ruling principle of Starting Chronology and New-year beginnig in accordance with Semites and Sumers who worshipped Moon as a 'male prinicple' and Sun-as a female. The moon-principle is Saturn(Chronos)who "has a beard and gets older". Fallen Aryans and Semites saw the forever-young and 'ever-green' Sun as 'female' because of its exuberant and non-cyclic energy. That's why Hellenes and esp. Romans took the view of Semites that the Sun is female-principle while Saturn is male-principle. It is due to their materialistic point of view. Sumerians(named after mount of 'Su-Meru' of Shiva-"Kala") were shaivas and saw 'Moon as a male' and 'Sun as a female'. All the Asia-minor tribes did this.

Romans were also 'Moon-culters', hinding behind papacy-hypocrisy of the "Sun Christ", Sun-based calendar and Obelisk. All these symbols are Moon-symbols of Saturn. Because Obelisk is Shiva-Linga(Fallos) and the Sun-calendar marks the New Year during the Winter Solstice(not Summer Solstice, when the Sun is the stronger, the day is the biggest and marks 'New Year beginning'!!). Romans put the Christ birth on the birth of Chronos, Saturn, Osiris, Dionys, Bakh, Baal or Kala-Shiva-Rudra. Because they were fallen shavas Romans put Christ birth on their old festivity of Saturnalia, which demands blood sacrifices and alcohol.

The old Bulgarian word for 'chronolgy'-"лето-броене"(lit.summer-count), because of the old version of the word "лето"(leto) for 'year', marks the REAL New Year's beginning. The french word for "year" is "l'Été". The Bulgarian word "fly" ("летя" "letya")is derivated.

It is probably associated to the Sun-"female principle" in the perverse understanding of the moon-culters. In Hellenic mythology "Leto" is a female goddess, sister of Astera. 'Leto'(Lētṓ (Greek: Λητώ, Λατώ, Lato) is associated to the female conceptions of Lotus, Leda and Lada and Arabian Sun sub-goddess to the Moon-god "Allah"- 'Alat'. And Leo, as well, the ruling sign of the Sun.

The Summer Solstice marks the "New Year" amongs Sun-culters, like in Bulgarian fest "Enyov-den". "Mid-summer".
